"Hogy a mosogatás kellemetlen volna, ez a gondolat csak akkor ötlik fel bennem, ha éppen nem mosogatok. Ha a mosogató előtt állok felgyűrt ruhaujjal és kezemmel a meleg vízben, akkor ez már nem is olyan rossz. Kiélvezem az időt minden egyes edénnyel, minden erőmmel rá, a vízre meg a kézmozdulataimra összpontosítok.
