Ambition, the pursuit of success, and the desire for power cause the most trouble in the human soul. If these desires are satisfied, it leads to violence and domination. If they are not satisfied - well, that is really bad, the doctors of the various psychiatric hospitals could say a lot about this! These are all full of human beings who could not bear mediocrity, insignificance and the fact that they had no influence on the course of things. Therefore, they ran away from reality, at the same time excluding themselves from real life forever.

A becsvágy, a siker hajszolása, a hatalomvágy okozzák a legtöbb bajt az emberi lélekben. Ha aztán ezek a vágyak kielégülnek, az erőszakhoz, hatalmaskodáshoz vezet. Ha meg nem elégülnek ki - nos, az az igazán rossz, hát erről sokat tudnának mondani a különböző ideggyógyintézetek orvosai! Ezek mind tele vannak olyan emberi lényekkel, akik nem tudták elviselni a középszerűséget, jelentéktelenséget s azt, hogy nem volt semmi befolyásuk a dolgok menetére. Ezért aztán elmenekültek a valóság elől, egyúttal örökre ki is zárva magukat a való életből.
