Whether you live alone or in a relationship or in the largest family, there should be a place somewhere that is just yours. Make time to meet with yourself at least once every day. Not easy. Not just because of the rush. But because they didn't teach you that your loneliness is sacred. Nor how you can meet yourself. We usually run away from ourselves. If nothing else, we stare at the television or spend a long time among people we don't have much in common with.
