Nature creates in the natural world, the soul in the spiritual world. When you make a garment, furniture, whatever, you first think it out, that is, you create it in the world of the soul, and only then do you make it in the world of nature, with your natural tools. Your true creation is not in nature, but in the soul; one is sooner or later destroyed, another is ingrained in the moment of its creation. And he who exists not in the present, nor in time, but pervades the whole of time: he watches your creation.

Ha egy ruhát, bútort, akármit készítesz, előbb kigondolod, vagyis a lélek világában megalkotod, s csak aztán készíted el a természet világában is, természetbeli eszközeiddel. Igazi alkotásod nem a természetben, de a lélekben levő; egyik előbb-utóbb szétromlik, másik belérögződött a keletkezésének perceibe. S aki nem a jelenben és nem az időben létezik, hanem az idő egészét áthatja: nézi alkotásodat.

Natura creează în lumea naturală, sufletul în lumea spirituală. Dacă faci o haină, o mobilă, orice altceva, mai întâi gândești, adică creezi în lumea sufletului, și abia apoi faci în lumea naturii, cu mijloacele tale naturale. Adevărata voastră creație nu este în natură, ci în suflet; una se distruge mai devreme sau mai târziu, alta se înrădăcinează în momentul creării ei. Iar cel care nu există nici în prezent, nici în timp, ci străbate întregul timp: el urmărește creația voastră.
