English (Source)

Once upon a time there was a bird. Fate blessed him with two perfect wings and beautiful, shiny, colorful feathers. An animal that can fly freely in the sky also makes the person watching it happy. One day a woman saw this bird and fell in love with it. (...) The woman admired, respected and loved the bird passionately. But one day he thought: what if the bird wants to get to know more distant mountains one day? And he got scared. (...) And he thought: "I will set a trap for him. If he comes again, he will not be able to fly away from me." The bird was also in love with him, and the next day he appeared as usual, but fell into the trap and became a prisoner. She locked him in a cage and watched him all day. (...) Since the bird could not fly, it could not express the meaning of its existence and slowly withered, lost the luster of its feathers and became ugly. (...) One day the bird died. The woman was overcome with grief and thought about him day and night. But he didn't remember the cage, but the day when he first saw it flying happily among the clouds. (...) Without the bird, his life also lost its meaning, and death soon knocked on his door. "Why did you come?" he asked death. "So that you can fly with your bird again," replied death. "If you had always let him fly away and come back to you, you would have loved and admired him even more, but now you need me even to meet him again."

(...) A nƑ csodĂĄlta, tisztelte, rajongva szerette a madarat. A nƑ kalitkĂĄba zĂĄrta, Ă©s egĂ©sz nap nĂ©zte. (...) Mivel a madĂĄr nem repĂŒlhetett, nem tudta kifejezni a lĂ©tĂ©nek Ă©rtelmĂ©t, Ă©s lassan elhervadt, elveszĂtette tollai ragyogĂĄsĂĄt, Ă©s megcsĂșnyult. (...) Egyik nap elpusztult a madĂĄr. A nƑt elfogta a bĂĄnat, Ă©s Ă©jjel-nappal rĂĄ gondolt. (...) A madĂĄr nĂ©lkĂŒl az Ƒ Ă©lete is elvesztette az Ă©rtelmĂ©t, Ă©s a halĂĄl hamarosan bekopogtatott hozzĂĄ. "MiĂ©rt jöttĂ©l?" - kĂ©rdezte a halĂĄlt. "Hogy Ășjra egyĂŒtt repĂŒlhess a madaraddal" - felelte a halĂĄl. "Ha hagytad volna, hogy mindig elrepĂŒljön Ă©s visszajöjjön hozzĂĄd, csak mĂ©g jobban szeretted volna Ă©s csodĂĄltad volna, most viszont mĂ©g ahhoz is rĂĄm van szĂŒksĂ©ged, hogy Ășjra talĂĄlkozhass vele."
