It is obvious to most of us that when we buy a car, even if it is the best car in the world, we still need to take care of it and do several things to maintain it. At the same time, for some mysterious reason, it is often not so self-evident that we should care for our relationships in the same way as this car. Any individual with sound judgment values ââa deep human connection more than a car, yet we have to face how much more attention people pay to taking care of their "things" than to nurturing their relationships.
