Vitejia inimii se dovedește în momentul atacului, iar curajul neclintit al sufletului, în toate încercările, în toate situațiile vieții. Nu e nicio diferență între curajul soldatului care, la vremea atacului, îsi pune viața în pericol, și curajul omului de stat care spune adevărul împăratului, îndrăznind să-i stârnească mânia.
