Discipline must come from within...a person needs internal discipline to stay mentally healthy, but if there is no internal discipline, the external is better than nothing. And no matter how paradoxical it sounds, the dictatorship disciplines people because they are afraid, terrified. A fegyelemnek belülről kell jönnie... belső fegyelem kell egy embernek ahhoz, hogy ép maradjon lelkileg, de ha nincs belső fegyelem, a külső is jobb, mint a semmi. És akármilyen paradoxul hangzik, a diktatúra megfegyelmezi az embereket, mert félnek, rettegnek. Megtanulják a nyelv fegyelmét, a beszéd fegyelmét, hogy nem mondhatnak bármit, bármikor, bárki előtt, tehát kialakul egy belső kontrollja a beszédnek.
