"Nem lehet annál nagyobb rabszolgaság, minthogy az ember Istennel nem törődve nyomorult módon más egyebektől engedi magát leigázni, azaz behódol olyan teremtett dolgoknak, amelyeken uralkodnia kellene, s dacol Istennel, akinek engedelmességgel tartozik.
