"Képzeljük el, hogy kicsiny követ dobunk egy csendes tó vizébe, és az hullámfodrokat kelt. Aztán egy idő után, amikor a hullámok elülnek, újabb követ dobunk a vízbe. Pontosan ez történik, amikor a tiszta csend mezőjébe lépünk és szándékainkat bevisszük oda. Ebben a csendben még a leggyengébb óhaj is hullámokat kelt. (...)
