It is good to let our hearts slowly heal their wounds. But it is not good to retreat and immerse ourselves in deep meditation in order not to be thought of as weak. We all have an angel and a devil living in our souls, who are very similar to each other. When we are faced with some difficulty, the devil suggests solitary meditation to show us how vulnerable we are. The angel, on the other hand, stimulates thought and sometimes uses a human mouth to speak to us through it. The warrior of light finds a balance between solitude and dependence on others.
