As a rule of thumb, I use it like this: when I'm afraid of something, I'm angry, I want something, I don't like someone, especially I'm afraid of something, I remember who I am, I understand that I'm a free almighty being, and everything passes. It becomes clear that if you fear something, want to and can't, the obstacle is in you. And as soon as you understand that, you are free and all-powerful. Any dissatisfaction is only a deviation from the true path, you hit the walls, you go in a direction where you have nothing to look for. If you come to your senses, you come back and you are again with everyone, with Everything, with God. It's good.
